Hayat Tazir is the Associate Vice President at T.Y. Lin International. TYLIN is the Design Joint Venture Manager for the Champlain Bridge project, and designers of the cable stay bridge portion. Hayat is currently working in the project office as the head of the designer’s construction support team. Previously, Hayat worked as a Senior Bridge Engineer on the Bay Bridge project in San Francisco. She received her Masters Degree from MIT.
